Lynch was known for using digital rack delays during the 80s and typically used a 'hall' type reverb without many early reflections.

The delay used was an early digital delay and was rather accurate in guitar tone replication, albeit with some minor high end roll off. The delay would be set for a 1/4 note in time with the song, with about 2.5 repeats. The amount of delay however varied greatly from track to track leads would have the delay much higher in the mix than the rhythm tracks. This tone aims for an overall balance between rhythm and lead. Delay here is set for 357ms and is mixed just below 25% wet/dry. Welp, that's the settings I use for my Lynch tones.
